Adobe InDesign CS5 is an older version of the software, and it might not be fully compatible with the Windows 10 operating system. Adobe might not fix the issue specifically for that version since they encourage users to use their newer versions, which are more likely to be compatible with Windows 10. Upgrading to a newer version of Adobe InDesign or contacting Adobe support for assistance would be recommended to resolve the crashing issue.
When i opening any other Adobe InDesign document or template files you may see a message says 'Adobe InDesign CS5 has stopped working' appears when i try to start Adobe InDesign CS5 app.
How can fix the program it? I saved the Adobe InDesign file but you cannot use the rename file when this app is not working.

The issue with Adobe InDesign CS5 not working on Windows 8 could be due to compatibility issues. Since CS5 is quite an old version, it may not be fully compatible with the newer Windows operating system. One solution could be to try running the program in compatibility mode. Right-click on the Adobe InDesign CS5 executable file, go to Properties, and then select the Compatibility tab. From there, you can choose to run the program in compatibility mode for an older version of Windows like Windows 7 or XP. Additionally, updating to a newer version of Adobe InDesign that supports Windows 8 would also be recommended.
I have an Adobe InDesign CS5 running on Windows 10, you may see an application is not responding due to an application freezes. I cannot use to create a new document, open or save your documents because it is not responding. So try to wait a few minutes to do it?

Try using Revo Uninstaller. Even if it can't uninstall the application normally, it will force it to uninstall by wiping out all traces of its presence from the system.
After that, try running AdwCleaner to make sure that there are no leftover rogue registry keys or toolbars in your system.
My company has In Design 4. I am wondering what requirements (space, etc.) will be needed for me to download this to my system, as well as any other information I may need to know about this version of the program.
